In this context, we are looking for a Training and Communication Officer to support the Human Resources team.

Training Responsibilities :

• Implement and monitor an extended onboarding program for our future employees
• Identify training needs expressed by local managers
• Develop and implement training programs (tracking certifications, operator certifications, welder qualifications, management training, new machinery, etc.)
• Handle administrative aspects of training records
• Seek funding opportunities for training initiatives
• Prepare internal training materials

Communication Responsibilities :

• Ensure the execution of the communication plan established with the Management team
• Contribute to the creation and drafting of various internal communication materials (weekly journal, dynamic displays) and external communication (website, social media)
• Participate in employer branding initiatives
• Oversee the organization of internal events
